A Record Label for Hire

There are too many people scamming independent artists by lying about the quality of music and pumping numbers with bots.

That’s not what we do.

What We Do >

About the Founder

About Lee Way & the Team >

Everything we do is submission-based. We need to hear your music first. Then, we’ll recommend your next move. If you need development before pushing a single, we’ll tell you. If your song doesn’t need a music video, we’ll tell you. Our goal is to help make you successful, not just take your money.

We don’t sell packages.
We don’t over promise.
We don’t underdeliver

Our Services >

Nothing more, nothing less

Artists have to be versatile people to navigate the music industry independently. Making music is already daunting enough before considering all the things that need to be done beyond the songs. Asking anyone to be good at all of those things can be overwhelming, so we want to help fill in the gaps for you, whether it’s songwriting, production, mixing, mastering, branding, content creation, photography, music videos, and most importantly, artist development.

In the era of labels signing musicians who get a record popping on TikTok and then throwing them away, most artist development has gone by the wayside. Because of that, this is where we start with anyone we work with.

You’ll submit your music, say what you want our help with, and an estimated budget. Then we listen and determine if your music is ready for what you want to do. If it is, we run with it. If it’s not, we suggest doing something else for you, ranging from an artist development consultation, to hiring one of our songwriters, producers, or engineers.

We don’t want to take your money if we don’t believe you’ll get something truly out of it. It’s also why we can work with budgets anywhere from $50 to $10,000.
